How to Change or Retrieve Your Password (cPanel or Client Area)
Client Area
If you have forgotten your Client Area password, you may reset it here:
https://clients.whc.ca/index.php?rp=/password/reset (also available from any login page, by clicking on Forgotten password?)
If you do not remember your email address or no longer have access to the email address you had initially used, you will need to contact verification@whc.ca and provide the following documents/information:
If you are the authorized contact on file but no longer have access to your email address on file:
- a scan or photo of both sides of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, health card, passport)
- a signed letter confirming your new email address, full postal address, and primary domain name with us
If you are not the authorized contact on file and cannot access the authorized email on the account, but are now mandated to manage this account:
- a scan or photo of both sides of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, health card, passport)
- a signed letter confirming your name, email address, full postal address, and primary domain name with us
- a detailed letter confirming, preferably on company letterhead, the cause of the change of contact
If the primary account holder is deceased:
- a copy of their death certificate
- a signed letter confirming your name, email address, full postal address, and primary domain name with us
