How to Reset Your Client Area Password

If you have forgotten your Client Area password, you can reset it by visiting:

This link is also accessible from any login page by clicking on “Forgot password?”.

If You Cannot Access Your Registered Email Address

If you do not remember your registered email address or no longer have access to it, you will need to contact verification@whc.ca and provide the following documentation based on your situation:

1. Owner or authorized User/Contact Without Email Access

If you are the owner or authorized user/contact on file but cannot access the registered email address, please provide:

  • A selfie of you holding your government-issued photo ID and your credit card (if used to make a payment).
  • A signed letter confirming:
    • The current first and last name, address, email address, phone number on file
    • Your new email address, full postal address, and the primary domain name associated with your account

2. Mandated Contact Not on File

If you are not the authorized contact but are now responsible for managing the account, submit:

  • A selfie of you holding your government-issued photo ID and your credit card (if used to make a payment).
  • A signed letter confirming: 
    • The current first and last name, address, email address, phone number on file
    • Your new email address, full postal address, and the primary domain name associated with your account
  • A detailed letter, preferably on company letterhead, explaining the reason for the change in account management

3. Account Holder Deceased

If the primary account holder is deceased, please provide:

  • A copy of the death certificate
  • A signed letter confirming:
    • The current first and last name, address, email address, phone number on file
    • Your new email address, full postal address, and the primary domain name associated with your account

Ensure that all documents are clear and legible to expedite the verification process.
