How to Use the Support PIN for Account Verification

At Web Hosting Canada, your account security is our top priority. To verify your identity during support interactions, we use a Support PIN. This article explains what it is, why it’s necessary, and how to use it.

What Is the Support PIN

The Support PIN is a unique, temporary code associated with your WHC account. It is required when contacting our support team to verify that you are authorized to access or manage the account.

Why Is the Support PIN Required

Account verification helps prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing or making changes to your account. Without this process, there’s a risk of unauthorized actions, such as:

  • Password changes.
  • Service disruptions.
  • Unauthorized purchases or cancellations.

The Support PIN ensures that only authorized users can request account-specific support.
