Why am I not receiving the Welcome Email?

If you have requested the “Welcome email” to be sent and it has not been received. Please check your email preferences as follows:

  1. Log in to your client area
  2. Go to My Settings, then Account Details
    Welcome email settings
  3. Scroll down to Email Preferences, then ensure all checkboxes are selected

  4. Click on Save Changes

After making this change, you will receive all email correspondence. Please contact support if you would like the “Welcome email” to be sent.
