Why am I not receiving the Welcome Email?
If you have requested the “Welcome email” to be sent and it has not been received. Please check your email preferences as follows:
- Log in to your client area
- Go to My Settings, then Account Details
- Scroll down to Email Preferences, then ensure all checkboxes are selected
- Click on Save Changes
After making this change, you will receive all email correspondence. Please contact support if you would like the “Welcome email” to be sent.
