How to Manage Credit Cards on My Account ?

How to Manage Credit Cards on My Account

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. From the left menu, Click on Billing (For the classic Client Area: Click on Billing > Payment Methods).
  3. Scroll down to the Credit Cards section.
    1. To update your existing card information, click the Edit icon. 
    2. To add a new card, click Add Card.
    3. To remove an existing card, click on the Bin Icon next to it.
  4. Enter the required credit card details and click Save Changes.

How to Change the Payment Method for Unpaid Invoices

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. From the left menu, Click on Billing (For the classic Client Area: Click on Billing > Invoices).
  3. Click on an unpaid invoice.
  4. Select VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX as your payment method.
  5. Follow the provided instructions to complete your payment

This process ensures your payment details are updated and used for future transactions.
