How to Manage Credit Cards on My Account
- Log in to your Client Area.
- From the left menu, Click on Billing (For the classic Client Area: Click on Billing > Payment Methods).
- Scroll down to the Credit Cards section.
- To update your existing card information, click the Edit icon.
- To add a new card, click Add Card.
- To remove an existing card, click on the Bin Icon next to it.
- Enter the required credit card details and click Save Changes.
How to Change the Payment Method for Unpaid Invoices
- Log in to your Client Area.
- From the left menu, Click on Billing (For the classic Client Area: Click on Billing > Invoices).
- Click on an unpaid invoice.
- Select VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX as your payment method.
- Follow the provided instructions to complete your payment
This process ensures your payment details are updated and used for future transactions.
