How to Handle Invoice Payments
Overview
When an invoice is generated in your account, you will receive a notification via email. You must log into your account to view and pay the invoice.
To View and Pay Your Invoice
- Log into your Client Area
- Navigate to Billing.
- Select the Invoice to be paid.
- Review the invoice description.
- Select the preferred payment method.
- Click on Pay Now.
If the payment is successful, you will receive a payment confirmation via email and the invoice will be marked as paid in your client area.
Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If you encounter an error/issue during the payment, please contact our Billing department for assistance.
