How to Verify Your Account and Activate Your Order

When creating an account with us, verifying your identity is a crucial step to ensure the safety and security of your personal information and account activity.

Why Does My Account Require Verification?

Account verification is a security measure we implement to protect both you and our platform from fraud, unauthorized access, and identity theft. By verifying your identity, we can confirm that the person creating the account or making an order is indeed the rightful owner of the information provided. This helps prevent fraudulent activities such as:

  • Unauthorized access to your personal and payment information.
  • Use of stolen or compromised accounts.
  • Orders placed with stolen credit cards or payment details.

In essence, verification ensures a safer experience for all users, reducing the risk of scams and malicious activities, while also safeguarding your account from potential threats.

Will I Have to Do This Every Time I Submit an Order?

No, you will not have to verify your account every time you submit an order. Once your account is successfully verified, it remains secure, and you won’t need to go through the verification process again for future orders.

However, in some instances—such as when there is unusual activity —we may require additional verification for your protection.

We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, ensuring that your experience is both secure and convenient.

How to verify my Account?

  • If you're located in Canada, call our billing team at 514-504-2113, option 2, to speak with a customer care specialist. Our team is available everyday from 9am to 6pm EST.
  • Otherwise, send a selfie of you holding your government-issued photo ID and your credit card (if used to make your payment) to verification@whc.ca, mentioning your invoice or order number in the email's subject. Please make sure your documents are clearly legible in the photo.
