When a new account is opened at WHC, it undergoes a basic security verification process. This is mandatory for all first-time orders from clients who have not previously completed account verification. It ensures that only legitimate transactions are processed.
Reasons for Order Verification
Order verification is necessary when a client has an address outside of Canada, suspicious or incomplete contact information. These red flags help us identify potentially fraudulent activities and protect both you (our clients) and our business.
How Verification is Carried Out
After placing an order, creating an account, and paying the invoice, a verification email is sent to confirm the email address. If additional verification is needed, an email with further instructions will be sent to proceed with the order.
