How to add or change a credit card to my account?

To add a credit card to your account:

  1. Connect to the Client Area
  2. Click on Billing from the left side menu (or click Update my Credit Card information in the old Client Area)
  3. Scroll down to the Credit Cards panel
  4. To change your current card information, click the Edit icon. Or you can click Add Card to add a new one. 
  5. Enter the details of your credit card and Save Changes.

If you have unpaid invoices, you can change their mode of payment by clicking on Billing > Show Invoices and choosing VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX as mode of payment, then following the payment instructions.
