How to Upgrade your WHC Service
Upgrading your hosting plan is simple and quick. Follow the steps below to enhance your hosting resources and capabilities.
Steps to Upgrade
- Log in to your Client Area using your registered email and password.
- Navigate to:
- Hosting & Websites (for regular hosting), or
- Servers (for Cloud & Dedicated hosting).
- If you have multiple services, click on the one you want to upgrade.
- Click the settings gear icon in the top right corner, then select Plan Details, followed by Upgrade.
- Choose your new hosting plan and preferred billing cycle.
- Complete the order and payment online.
Your account will be upgraded manually within a few hours of your request.
Important Notes
- If an invoice for your current hosting plan’s renewal has already been issued, you’ll need to pay it before upgrading.
- Upgrading between different hosting types (e.g., Web Hosting to Cloud Hosting) requires a migration. For assistance, please contact our support team.
- To downgrade your hosting plan, please contact customer service.
