Webmaster Help Service: Get Professional Help with your Website

The Webmaster Help service is an exclusive service available to Web Hosting Canada clients with accounts in good standing. With the Webmaster Help service, you can receive help from an experienced web technician who will be able to perform (or help you perform) certain tasks on your website, including:

  • Making changes to your website
  • Optimizing/verifying your code
  • Debug specific website issues
  • Transferring your web site to another server
  • Installing/integrating web software
  • Adding or modifying content to your website
  • Telephone or screen sharing support with your website usage

The Webmaster Help service is available starting at C$90/hour, plus applicable taxes, and is billed in 30 minutes increments. No fancy contracts to sign or setup fees!

To request your Webmaster Help service, simply get in touch with us by phone, email or live chat. One of our account managers will document your needs and a qualified webmaster will get back to you with a quote, if it's a project we're able to take on.

Please note that the Webmaster Help service cannot guarantee a specific result. Our experts will deploy reasonable efforts to complete the requested tasks within the allotted time, but depending on the complexity of the project and the setup of your existing website, this may not always be feasible. In the event we're unable to complete a project within a prescribed time, we'll always reach out to you and request your authorization before committing additional billable hours to your project.

For additional help that is not related to hosting your website and that might require more than 10 hours of work, please contact us to discuss your needs. We offer consulting services for website design, PHP programming, MySQL services, code optimisation, and SEO.
