The AI WordPress Assistant is available when you install the AI-Powered WordPress. It is accessible from the WordPress Dashboard by clicking on the Help button on the top-right corner of the page, as shown in the screenshot below:
Once you click on the Help button, a Help Center window will appear

The knowledge base is a repository of guides, articles, and tutorials that provide detailed information on various aspects of WordPress. To access the knowledge base, use the search bar from the Help Center to look up specific articles as shown in the screenshot below:
Guided Tours for WordPress
Guided tours are step-by-step walkthroughs that help you understand and use various features of WordPress. These tours are designed to be interactive and easy to follow. In order to access the guided tours, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Help button in the top-right corner of the WordPress dashboard to open the Help Center.
- Select the Tours option from the Help Center.
- Choose the tour you want to take from the list of available options.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the tour.
AI Assistant
The AI assistant is an interactive tool that allows you to ask questions and get immediate answers. It is designed to assist with common WordPress tasks and troubleshooting. Follow these steps to talk to the AI assistant.
- Click on the Help button in the top-right corner of the WordPress dashboard to open the Help Center.
- Select the Ask AI option.
- Type your question in the input field.
- Click Ask Another Question in case you have other questions.
