How to Manage My Voicemail?
We have made available several ways to listen to your voicemail.
On the phone (* 97 & * 98):
* 97 will automatically redirect you to the mailbox configured on your telephone service
* 98 will prompt you to dial your extension / phone number followed by your password
Online
Head to http://messagerie.ncube.ca/
Your username is your extension number or telephone number
Your password is the same as that used with the service * 97 or * 98
By email
We also offer the opportunity to receive a copy of your voicemails delivered directly to your inbox. To do this, simply visit the http://messagerie.ncube.ca/ and, once inside your private area, head to the section titled "Settings".
