How to clear your browser cache and cookies

Using Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- Click on the menu icon (the three stacked dots) in the upper right corner
- Go to More tools, then Clear browsing data
- Choose your clear options:
- In the upper dropdown menu, you may choose a time range to clear data (e.g. “Last 24 hours”)
- If you want to delete all cache, select All time
- Check the box next to Cached Images and Files
- If you wish to delete your cookies, check the box next to Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear data to delete your cache
- Reload your website
Using Mozilla Firefox
- Open Mozilla Firefox
- Click on the menu icon (the three stacked lines) in the upper right corner
- Go to History, then Clear recent history
- Choose your clear options:
- In the upper dropdown menu, you may choose a time range to clear data (e.g. “Today”)
- If you want to delete all cache, select Everything
- Ensure the box next to Cache is checked
- If you wish to delete your cookies, check the box next to Cookies
- Click OK to delete your cache

- Open Internet Explorer 11
- Click on the cog-icon in the upper right corner
- Go to Extras, then Internet options
- Under the General tab, locate the Browser history section
- Click the Delete button

- Click Delete to delete your cache

- If you want to delete all cache, select the beginning of time
- Ensure the box next to Cached images and files is checked
- If you wish to delete your cookies, check the box next to Cookies and other site data
