How to Access cPanel
Accessing cPanel depends on the type of plan you have with WHC. Select the section that matches your service type:
- I have a Web Hosting Plan
- I have an Email Plan
- I have a WordPress Plan
- I have a Reseller, Cloud or Dedicated Server
I have a Web Hosting Plan
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click Hosting & Websites from the left panel (or My Services in the Classic Client Area).
- Select your hosting plan from the list.
- Click Launch from the cPanel section (or Log in to cPanel from the left panel in the Classic Client Area).
I have an Email Plan
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click Email from the left panel (or My Services in the Classic Client Area).
- Select your email plan.
- Click cPanel in the top-right (or Log in to cPanel from the left panel in the Classic Client Area).
I have a WordPress Plan
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Click Hosting & Websites from the left panel (or My Services in the Classic Client Area).
- Select your WordPress plan from the list.
- Click the Gear icon next to the Live Env. button (or the 3 vertical dots in the Classic Client Area).
- Click Log in to cPanel.
I have a Reseller, Cloud or Dedicated Server
You’re the Account Administrator (WHM Access)
- Log in to your WHM.
- Go to List Accounts.
- Type the username or domain name of the cPanel account and click Find.
- Click the cPanel icon next to the account.
You’re a cPanel user
If you’re a client of someone who owns the main server (a reseller or agency):
- Use the direct cPanel URL provided to you (e.g., https://yourdomain.com/cpanel).
- Log in with the username and password given by your provider.
