Domain/Service Ownership Disputes: What You Need to Know
Our Role in Domain or Service Disputes
When it comes to disputes over domain (or service) ownership, we take a neutral position and generally do not get involved. The only time we can act on a dispute is when we receive an official court order or legal documentation that requires our involvement.
How We Can Help
If you've already tried reaching out to the domain owner and haven't received a response, we can attempt to contact them using the phone number or email we have on file. However, it's important to note:
- No Guarantees: While we’ll make an effort to contact the domain owner, we cannot guarantee that they will respond or take any specific action.
Contacting a .CA Domain Owner
For privacy reasons, we cannot share the domain owner’s contact information directly. If you're trying to reach the owner of a .CA domain, you can use a form provided by CIRA (Canadian Internet Registration Authority) to get in touch with them. You can access the form here: CIRA Contact Form.
